OVERVIEW

By using the Blizzard Lizard website and purchasing products or services on it, will automatically confirm that you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and that you are confirming that you are a minimum age of 18 years old.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

In the unlikely circumstances that Blizzard Lizard products do not meet the standards expected of them, refunds can be offered providing:

– You get in touch with Blizzard Lizard within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending an email to ……… Giving us your order reference and telling us why you were unsatisfied with the product as well as why you would like a refund.

– The product must be sent back in its original packaging and remain unopened this must be done within 14 days from the purchase date. If the product has been used or the packaging opened Blizzard Lizard can not accept the return.

– The item returned will be subject to fault finding. If a fault is identified the product will be replaced or refunded.

– Blizzard Lizard are unable to exchange or refund products it has not found fault with after fault finding. In these cases, the customer may be asked to cover the charge of returning the products to them. – The refund will only include the price of the product, not postage and packaging.

– Blizzard Lizard will not issue exchanges or refunds on the basis of a customer not liking the smell or taste of a product.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment in GBP and all prices displayed will be in GBP on the site. Payment providers and Blizzard Lizard’s payment process may change from time to time.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card through Blizzard Lizard’s payment service listed when you checkout. Payment will be taken at the time Blizzard Lizard accepts your order. Payments being processed may take different durations to show in your account depending on banks, providers and other such circumstances.

ORDER INFORMATION

Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received in Blizzard Lizards account. Blizzard Lizard are not accountable for delays due to incorrect information as:

– It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the account information given to us is correct and up to date.

– It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct address and delivery information.

Blizzard Lizard has the right to cancel or refuse any order at Blizzard Lizard’s discretion. Where an order is cancelled at Blizzard Lizard’s discretion and payment has been received, Blizzard Lizard will refund your payment in full. Products ordered from and/or delivered by Blizzard Lizard remain the property of Blizzard Lizard until fully paid.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Blizzard Lizard advises you to avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery if you feel tired after taking any of the Blizzard Lizard products.

If you are taking prescription medicines, only take Blizzard Lizard CBD products if you are certain that there is no chance of adverse reactions, we recommend that you consult your doctor before taking any of the Blizzard Lizard CBD products to ensure that they will not adversely affect your prescription medicine.

Under no circumstance should customers administer CBD products to children or give children access to products that have an age restriction of 18 years and above.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client accepts responsibility and liability for:

– Personal Injury.

– Damages.

– Punitive Measures.

– Lost Profit or Revenues.

– Loss of use of product or equipment.

– Loss of property that may result from the purchase, use or misuse of any product from Blizzard Lizard.

Blizzard Lizard can not be held responsible for the actions of its customers.
