Returns and Refunds

blizzard lizard’s returns policy is valid for 14 days after purchase of product. if it has been over 14 days, we can no longer off you a refund or exchange. a return or exchange is only eligible if the product is returned in whole, unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

the product or item may also be subject to fault finding. if no fault is found you may be asked to cover the cost of returning the products.

UK RETURNS

to complete your return please send back the product alongside the email confirmation or receipt

blizzard lizard will not be responsible for paying for shipping on returns and any shipping will require you to pay for. shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of any original shipping will not be included.

for any higher priced items we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. blizzard lizard can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

once a returned item is received it will be subject to fault finding. blizzard lizard will then notify you via email letting you know if your refund has been accepted or rejected. if your refund has been approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

sometimes refunds may take a while to process for various reasons. if you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.

if it still isn’t appearing get in touch with your bank, credit card company or provider, sometimes it may take a while to be officially posted in your account. if you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by emailing shop@blizzardlizard.co.uk
